DocuSwift is a beta document creation tool for freelancers, consultants and small service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you use DocuSwift, we may store account information such as your email address, company profile details, saved document content, document metadata, usage information, and beta feedback submitted through the app.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, generate and save documents, export PDFs, apply usage limits, collect beta feedback, improve the product, and maintain basic security.
Authentication
Authentication is handled through Supabase. Users sign in using the authentication methods enabled in the product, such as email and password.
Document content
Documents and company details entered into DocuSwift are stored so users can reopen, edit, save and export them. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information that is not needed for business document creation.
Beta feedback
Feedback submitted through the in-app feedback form may be stored with the user account that submitted it. Feedback is used to understand bugs, confusion points, document quality issues and feature requests during the beta period.
Third-party services
DocuSwift may rely on third-party infrastructure providers such as Supabase and hosting providers to operate authentication, database storage, application hosting and deployment.
Data deletion
During beta, users who want their account data or saved documents removed should contact the operator through the in-app feedback page while signed in. If account access is not available, users should reply through the beta invitation channel.
Contact
For privacy-related questions during beta, use the Feedback page inside the dashboard after signing in. If you cannot access your account, reply through the beta invitation channel.
