These Terms of Use describe the basic rules for using DocuSwift. By using the product, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful business document creation.
Product status
DocuSwift is currently a beta product. Features, limits, pricing, document templates and workflows may change as the product is tested and improved.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before sending, signing, exporting, relying on, or using them with clients. DocuSwift does not provide legal, accounting, tax or professional advice.
Generated documents
Generated text and PDF layouts are intended as practical drafting assistance for common business documents. Users must verify accuracy, pricing, payment terms, invoice details, deadlines, client information and legal suitability.
Account access
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account credentials and email. Account misuse, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, or attempts to interfere with the product may result in restricted access.
Saved content
Users may save company profile details, document drafts, exported document content and related metadata. Users should not enter information they are not allowed to store or process.
Paid plans
The Free plan is available during beta. Pro is planned for regular document usage, but paid checkout may not be active yet. Displayed Pro or Business pricing should be treated as planned pricing until payment functionality is available.
Beta limitations
During beta, the product may contain bugs, incomplete features, temporary usage limits or changing document templates. Users should keep their own copies of important documents after exporting them.
Limitation of liability
DocuSwift is provided as a document creation tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, unsuitable, unavailable or unreviewed documents.
